Interview: Darrell Bock on Apocryphal Gospels

Darrell L. Bock is a New Testament scholar and research professor of New Testament studies at Dallas Theological Seminary in Dallas, Texas, United States. He is well-known for his challenging The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown. Bock wrote Breaking the Da Vinci Code in response to derogatory theological implication made by Brown in his novel.

Dr. Bock is also a past president of the Evangelical Theological Society. He serves as a corresponding editor for Christianity Today.

Robert Bowman interviews Dr. Bock to discuss about the recently discovered “Missing Gospels” or Gnostic Gospels — Gospels of Thomas, Gospel of Peter, and Gospel of Judas.
