Monday Devotion: God’s Well-Defined Creation

God had neither a whimsy about creating the universe nor did he create human beings accidentally. He created the whole universe and creatures, especially human beings. Not only did he create us but also put us into order to establish a relationship with us. Without personal or intimate relationships, God cannot be sensed. Creation is the cogent evidence of God’s love, where he spent himself to reflect his glory, mercy, and enough grace. In addition, he left the magnificent clues of his existence and presence in each being in his whole sphere of creation so that we may see how he spent himself in creation.
Scripture and study reveal who God is, His benevolent nature, and His interest in creation. Scripture answers the question of who and why created the marvelous world and creatures, whereas study digs into the creation to tell us briefly how and when they were created. Therefore, Scripture and study are the basic tools to find out more about God and his creation.
